Eligibility

Disability Rights Maryland (DRM) may represent Maryland residents who have a disability and a legal issue within the scope of our Advocacy Services Plan. Contact our intake office at 410-727-6352 ext. 0 (ask for “intake”), Monday – Friday 9 am to noon, and Wednesdays 4pm – 6pm to learn if we can assist you.

DRM represents Marylanders of all ages with all types of disabilities who live in the community, in institutions, or are homeless.

We represent people with disabilities who live in institutions, live in the community, and are homeless.

We annually review and update our public 2024 Advocacy Service Plan (PDF). We encourage Marylanders with disabilities to provide us input about our advocacy services through an annual survey.
